Application Guidelines

一、申請日期：

2025 年 10 月 1 日起
Application commences on 1 October 2025.

二、申請須知： Application Guidelines:

  1. 申請須經網上報名；
    Registration must be done online;
  2. 申請人必須具有香港居留權；
    Applicants should possess the Right of Abode in HKSAR;
  3. 申請人操行必須達 B 或以上；
    Applicants must have a conduct grade of B or above;
  4. 報名費港幣七十五元正，一經遞交，不可退回；
    The application fee is HKD 75 and is non-refundable once submitted;
  5. 申請人須清楚如實填寫申請表之內容
    Personal information of the applicant must be true and correct;
  6. 申請時須遞交之文件 (面試時需帶文件正本以備查閱 )：
    The following documents should be submitted for application (Original copies should be shown for verification during Interview.)
    • 填妥本校的「中一級學位申請表」(附有相片);
      Application form for S.1 (with a recent photo attached);
    • 最近三年成績表副本;
      Academic reports of the recent three years;
    • 居港證明文件副本，包括香港身份證或出生證明書、通行證等(如有)；
      Proofs of the right of abode, including a valid permanent identity card, birth certificate or Exit-Entry Permit (if applicable);
    • 如有活動或服務證明文件副本，亦可一併遞交;
      Copies of documents or certificates showing talents, activities or services can be submitted;

三、面試安排及收生準則 Interviews and Admission Criteria

  1. 面試時間將獲個別通知。
    The time slots for the interviews are to be notified individually.

** 注 意 Remarks:

  1. 學費已包括作業簿費、冷氣費、中文報紙費、聯課活動費等(學費如有調整，校方會在網頁及時更新)。
    Tuition fee covers the expenses on exercise books, air-conditioning, Chinese newspaper,ECA and so on. (Should there be any changes in the tuition fee, please refer to the school websites for the latest updates.)
  2. 本地學生如經濟困難可向學校申請助學金，詳情請參閱獎助學金計劃。
    Local students with financial needs can apply for the financial aid from the school. Please refer to the Scholarship and financial aidprograms for details.
  3. 非本地生入學事宜，請致電學校查詢。
    For admission of non-local students, please call the school for details.

 

五、獎助學金 Scholarship and Fee Remission Schemes

  1. 學校每年將撥全年學費收入總額的10%作獎助學金之用，對家庭經濟困難之學生給予學費減免資助，及對學業優良與表現優秀之學生給予獎學金獎勵。
    Scholarships and financial aid, which account for 10% of the total annual school fees, will be offered to students with excellent academic performance and students with financial needs.
    以下為部份奬學金 Some scholarships are listed below:

    (1)

    泓志獎學金

    Hong Zhi Scholarship

    成績達5*級(或90分以上)，操行達B+或以上者，升級時免交全年學費。
    Students with level 5* (or over 90 marks) and conduct of B+ or above will be exempted from paying the annual school fee when promoted next school year.

    學年各科成績合格，在班內名列第一名，操行達B+或以上者，升級時免二分之一學費。

    Students who pass in all subjects and rank first in the class with conduct B+ or above will be exempted by half of the school fee when promoted next school year.

    交流活動獎學金

    Study Tour Scholarship

    各班上學期成績第一、二名學生均可獲交流奬學金

    Students who ranked first and second for the first term in each class

    (3)

    家教會獎學金

    PTA Scholarship

    畢業考試名列第一、二、三名的中六畢業生

    S6 students who ranked first, second and third in the final exam

    (4)

    校友會體藝服務優異獎學金

    Alumni Association Scholarship

    體育、藝術、服務表現優異的學生。

  2. 有經濟需要的本地學生，均可申請參加校本學費減免計劃。申請程序及詳情可參閱學校網頁(www.tko.heungto.net) 。
    Students with financial needs are eligible for school fee remission. Please refer to our school website (www.tko.heungto.net) for application guidelines and other details.

 

六、聲明 Declaration

申請人提供的個人資料僅限內部使用，以便校方相關人員處理入學申請及其他與入學有關的事宜。如不提供表格資料，學校將未能處理相關之入學申請。所有提交的文件概不退還。如申請不成功，所有文件將於三個月內銷毀。

The personal data provided by the applicant is for internal use only so that the relevant personnel of the school can process the admission application and other matters related to admission. If the information is not provided in the application form, the school will not be able to process the relevant admission application. All admission documents submitted will not be returned. If the application is unsuccessful, all documents will be destroyed within three months.

 

七、個人資料搜集 Collection of Personal Data

  1. 根據《個人資料（私穩）條例》第18和22條及附表1第6原則的規定，你有權更改或查詢所提供的個人資料。
    You have a right of access and correction with respect to the personal data as provided for in Sections 18 and 22 and Principle 6 of Schedule 1 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
  2. 任何與所收集的個人資料有關的查詢，包括要求查閱和改正資料，應提交：將軍澳調景嶺勤學里4號將軍澳香島中學。
    Enquiries concerning the personal data collected, including the making of access and corrections, should be addressed to:
