Application Guidelines

一、申请日期：

2025 年 10 月 1 日起
Application commences on 1 October 2025.

二、申请须知： Application Guidelines:

  1. 申请须经网上报名；
    Registration must be done online;
  2. 申请人必须具有香港居留权；
    Applicants should possess the Right of Abode in HKSAR;
  3. 申请人操行必须达 B 或以上；
    Applicants must have a conduct grade of B or above;
  4. 报名费港币七十五元正，一经递交，不可退回；
    The application fee is HKD 75 and is non-refundable once submitted;
  5. 申请人须清楚如实填写申请表之内容
    Personal information of the applicant must be true and correct;
  6. 申请时须递交之文件 (面试时需带文件正本以备查阅 )：
    The following documents should be submitted for application (Original copies should be shown for verification during Interview.)
    • 填妥本校的「中一级学位申请表」(附有相片);
      Application form for S.1 (with a recent photo attached);
    • 最近三年成绩表副本;
      Academic reports of the recent three years;
    • 居港证明文件副本，包括香港身份证或出生证明书、通行证等(如有)；
      Proofs of the right of abode, including a valid permanent identity card, birth certificate or Exit-Entry Permit (if applicable);
    • 如有活动或服务证明文件副本，亦可一并递交;
      Copies of documents or certificates showing talents, activities or services can be submitted;

三、面试安排及收生准则 Interviews and Admission Criteria

** 注 意 Remarks:

  1. 学费已包括作业簿费、冷气费、中文报纸费、联课活动费等(学费如有调整，校方会在网页及时更新)。
    Tuition fee covers the expenses on exercise books, air-conditioning, Chinese newspaper,ECA and so on. (Should there be any changes in the tuition fee, please refer to the school websites for the latest updates.)
  2. 本地学生如经济困难可向学校申请助学金，详情请参阅奖助学金计划。
    Local students with financial needs can apply for the financial aid from the school. Please refer to the Scholarship and financial aidprograms for details.
  3. 非本地生入学事宜，请致电学校查询。
    For admission of non-local students, please call the school for details.

 

五、奖助学金 Scholarship and Fee Remission Schemes

  1. 学校每年将拨全年学费收入总额的10%作奖助学金之用，对家庭经济困难之学生给予学费减免资助，及对学业优良与表现优秀之学生给予奖学金奖励。
    Scholarships and financial aid, which account for 10% of the total annual school fees, will be offered to students with excellent academic performance and students with financial needs.
    以下为部份奖学金 Some scholarships are listed below:

    (1)

    泓志奖学金

    Hong Zhi Scholarship

    成绩达5*级(或90分以上)，操行达B+或以上者，升级时免交全年学费。
    Students with level 5* (or over 90 marks) and conduct of B+ or above will be exempted from paying the annual school fee when promoted next school year.

    学年各科成绩合格，在班内名列第一名，操行达B+或以上者，升级时免二分之一学费。

    Students who pass in all subjects and rank first in the class with conduct B+ or above will be exempted by half of the school fee when promoted next school year.

    交流活动奖学金

    Study Tour Scholarship

    各班上学期成绩第一、二名学生均可获交流奖学金

    Students who ranked first and second for the first term in each class

    (3)

    家教会奖学金

    PTA Scholarship

    毕业考试名列第一、二、三名的中六毕业生

    S6 students who ranked first, second and third in the final exam

    (4)

    校友会体艺服务优异奖学金

    Alumni Association Scholarship

    体育、艺术、服务表现优异的学生。

  2. 有经济需要的本地学生，均可申请参加校本学费减免计划。申请程序及详情可参阅学校网页(www.tko.heungto.net) 。
    Students with financial needs are eligible for school fee remission. Please refer to our school website (www.tko.heungto.net) for application guidelines and other details.

 

六、声明 Declaration

申请人提供的个人资料仅限内部使用，以便校方相关人员处理入学申请及其他与入学有关的事宜。如不提供表格资料，学校将未能处理相关之入学申请。所有提交的文件概不退还。如申请不成功，所有文件将于三个月内销毁。

The personal data provided by the applicant is for internal use only so that the relevant personnel of the school can process the admission application and other matters related to admission. If the information is not provided in the application form, the school will not be able to process the relevant admission application. All admission documents submitted will not be returned. If the application is unsuccessful, all documents will be destroyed within three months.

 

七、个人资料搜集 Collection of Personal Data

  1. 根据《个人资料（私稳）条例》第18和22条及附表1第6原则的规定，你有权更改或查询所提供的个人资料。
    You have a right of access and correction with respect to the personal data as provided for in Sections 18 and 22 and Principle 6 of Schedule 1 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
  2. 任何与所收集的个人资料有关的查询，包括要求查阅和改正资料，应提交：将军澳调景岭勤学里4号将军澳香岛中学。
    Enquiries concerning the personal data collected, including the making of access and corrections, should be addressed to:
